3/12

What are you up to?

3/11 - An hour of yoga/stretching. I skipped my spin class to go to bed early. I think I really needed it.

3/12 - An hour of core work this morning. Whewww, it felt good! Maybe a walk this afternoon. Tomorrow I have a really really long 2 hours run on Mercer Island. Wish me luck!
