3/4 Activities!

Did you exercise today? What did you do? How did you feel?

  1. Today I did 60+ minutes of yoga. Last night I did 1 hour of resistance training and 20 minutes of ab work. This morning I woke up starving. :( I might do 60 minutes of spin class tonight.

  3. Yesterday I ran about 8.5 miles out on Alki beach. Today we did Kenpo (like martial arts) for an hour and a 20 minute Jillian Michaels workout. Whewww. Tired.
